    The Chairel restaurant's breakfast buffet is a must, so delicious! Location was spot on near the airport but lighting in the room needs improvement. The coffee pot from the last guest? Yikes ☕️

    The peaceful garden and pool create a lovely ambiance.

    I was also frustrated to find that the coffee pot was dirty from the previous guest, totally unacceptable. I had to deal with a malfunctioning key that didn't work on the first try.

    Marvellous location to Tres Arcos. Based really close to many restaurants as well as Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and a great movie theater and the port and posada de tampico. Clean room, had an excellent stay in business trip. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

    After dining at Chairel restaurant, I can't stop raving about the fresh, healthy dishes they whip up! Each bite is an adventure, and the service savors just as much as the food. The peaceful garden offers a lovely escape, while the comfortable beds guarantee a restful night.

    On one of our recent visits, we discovered that the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest, leaving us coffee-less before an early flight. And the lighting in the room? Let's just say it's not ideal for someone with fading eyesight. Despite these quirks, there's still plenty to enjoy.
